WHAT ARE SHADY SPECS?

Shady Specs are a reusable, static cling UV protection
for your every day eye glasses. You simply cut them to
the shape of your eye glasses, apply and wear. You can
go from indoors to outdoors without having to use
those clumsy clip-on shades or buying those expensive
transition lenses — OR having the hassle of switching
between prescription sunglasses and your every day
eye glasses.

They are fashionable AND protect your eyes from
damaging UV rays.

I wear contact lenses, and recently had to wear my
glasses for a week due to an eye irritation. Of course,
it landed on a week where I was outside every day —
boating, at a festival, playing with my sons... and I do
NOT enjoy wearing my glasses. So I was able to protect
my eyes by wearing my Shady Specs as well as FEEL
like I was wearing my sunglasses — and they are so
inexpensive that it beats the alternatives.

Shady Specs come in two different UV protections —
light (20%) and dark (5%). You choose the shade that
